 Important Shipping Information
Please read this important information regarding shipment of your new ATV
We pride ourselves on our speed of service. We ship your order within 24 business hours after your payment has posted to the bank you will have your ATV within 2 to 5 business days from the time payment post for the order. We guarantee it. It is important to note that these ATVs and Dirt Bikes will be shipped to you via a freight carrier. This will be a different experience for you compared to a UPS or FedEx delivery. We just want to be up-front with you so that you know what to expect. They will arrive 90% assembled, but there will be some assembly required. A person with some mechanical skills will be able to assemble one of our products in 1-2 hours. These items are heavy (between 240 and 425 pounds including the shipping crate), and will be delivered to you on a freight truck (a full-sized or smaller semi-truck with a trailer). When the item is delivered to you, you should recieve a phone call advising you when to expect shipment. The truck will arrive, and on all orders, we provide liftgate service. What this means to you, is that the truck driver will put the item on a hydraulic liftgate, and get it off of the truck for you. Having said that, these items are quite heavy, and difficult for one person to move. The truck driver will drop the item off at your curb side, or, if possible, in your driveway. We recommend having several piano dollies available (they are approximately 1 1/2 feet square, 4-5 inches high, have 4 wheels, and are available for rental at U-Haul or similar facilities for about $10 per day). It is possible for one strong person to lift the crate up off the ground high enough to slide the piano dolly under the crate. This should be done under each side of the crate (one on each end). We recommend perhaps having a buddy help you with moving the crate into your garage, where you can assemble the ATV or Dirt Bike in two to three hours, depending on your mechanical skill level. In the unlikely event your item is damaged during shipping, Shipping Damage MUST BE REPORTED TO TRUCKING COMPANY on shipping bill (BOL) AND US WITHIN TAKEN DELIVERY OF UNIT , or it will not be covered. There will be no exceptions.. Returns Customers can only return an item within fifteen days of ordering that is still in the crate or box that it came in without gas in it........... All sales on complete ATVs are final. All items are new in manufacturers packaging. There are absolutely no refunds or returns allowed on any complete ATVs, or for any items that have been assembled, used, or have had fuel put in them.
