Do your products come with title or MCO?

All of our products come with the manufacturer certificate of origin and will be shipped with your product, however, from time to time, we may need to reissue your title "MCO" for lost during transit or lost by customer at the time of delivery. Sometimes, when processing your order, from time to time, the packaging of your paperwork can be damaged during transit and be lost in that process. How do I find the right product for adult, teen, youth?

We have made it easy for you to find for all adult, teen and youth categories by simply going to the home page. You will have categories on the red info bar reading from left to right, it starts with top sellers, which you will find adult and youth to teen in that category. Also, you can select by engine size by going to quads category. Simply put your cursor over this category. A drop-down box will appear. It will have starting size at 49cc which would be for your youth, children, kids category going all the way down to 650 cc, which will accommodate for your adults to teens. Where can I get replacement parts for my product?

We will replace parts that are under warranty or out of warranty, however, shipping and handling for warranty parts are required. Also, for non warranty parts, you will get your parts at a very low price plus shipping and handling. You may be required to return a warranty replacement part. What kind of warranty do you offer?

We have a 12 month warranty on the engine and transmission. In addition, all of our products come with a 90 day bumper to bumper manufacturer warranty, shipping and handling may be required but most of the time, it is shipped to you free of charge. Once you are outside of that 90 day window, all warranty claims, shipping and handling is required. Keep in mind, our products are sound. We have had customers for years without any issues due to our customer service ability to make sure that you do not perform incorrect maintenance or product assembly. What assembly is required or do these come fully assembled?

Our products come 95 to 85% fully assembled.The remaining assembly required is only basic assembly. Also, we include a assembly video and a manual is included for your convenience. Your basic assembly required is the handlebars, wheels put on, and the battery installed. Also, you may need mechanical skilled person's assistance if you are unable to perform these basic requirements when receiving your product. If you do not have anyone to help you, Call us and don't hesitate if you need our help. Also, we have additional information below when receiving your product. Please try to understand we try to provide all necessary information to help you along in your purchase.

Items that are boxed are very heavy and will require some assistance with lifting if you do not have pallet jack or wheel dollys. The boxes are steel reinforced crates with a cardboard wrapping sitting on top of pallet. Also, they are delivered to the end of your driveway with liftgate service. No special delivery options available. They will drop crate product at the end of your driveway.

 
What type of oil to use and break in with pre trip required ?

10W40 or 10W30 synthetic is most commonly used in our products and vehicles that we sell. Also, we recommend draining the oil that comes in it within 4-6 hours of operation. Also, there is a break in period for these vehicles. You need to not over run the engines. You need to give it time for the seals to break in and set up or seet. We recommend at least 2-4 weeks of moderate to low use and only use an hour or two hours at a time for this break in period. Also, keep in mind of the terrain and the size of the rider. Also refer to your manual for fluids and maintenance of use. Also, pretrip your product before use. Make sure all nuts and bolts are tight and chain is oiled and tension checked. Make sure all of your safety switches are in the on position before you can operate. Also, make sure you have your break lever pulled in with the key fob in the on position.

Additional information about your product

It is very important that you follow these recommendations or you could be subject to voiding your warranty if it is outside of the normal wear and tear. If you give a little, it will give back. Just need to make sure that you treat it as if you were the dealer before you purchasing from a box store that charges you three times what you are paying here. Your saving thousands of dollars but keep in mind, to be patient and through as you are saving a ton of money. As long as you practice these tips, we assure you that you will be 100% happy with your product.

Unfortunality, at this time, we are unable to allow public to our warehouse facilities due to insurance requirements so for us to be as competitive in pricing as possible, we ship directly to your door with liftgate service is the only form of purchase at this time.

Additional information before calling or emailing. Please refer to our terms and conditions on receiving damaged freight. Please do not refuse product due to minor shipping damage. We can send out replacement parts like for example, foot rest, plastic fenders, things that are simply replaced with a few nuts and bolts. Also, you will need to take pictures of damage and send it to the last email you received from us or to service@xtremefirepower.com. Also, you must notify us within taking delivery if there is a problem with damage to approve a refused shipment in some conditions you may need to return the product but you need to follow the procedures of the return process listed under our terms and conditions. Can I exchange an item for a different product?

Please know your order specifications before placing your order. Due to the size and cost of the product in addition to shipping cost, exchanging a product for a different product can be very costly. It is in our opinion that you would be better off to sell the product locally to get a different product. There is quite a bit of shipping cost that goes into the price of the unit. It does say free shipping, however, the shipping cost is included in that. And if you still want to exchange a product, you are subject to restocking and cancellation fees.

I am generally unsatisfied with my used product. What should I do?

We are providing you this additional information to help you along with the service that you are receiving. A few things to mention is that although you may be unsatisfied with your product, we do not accept returns of used merchandise or product, however, you do have options, if you are unsatisfied due to maintenance issues, you may refer to our tech support to help you with any underlying issues. We try our best to make every customer happy, however, due to it being mechanical and man made, please accept the conditions of which they are. Also, keep in mind that you are getting the product at wholesale pricing.
